CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Tiger Wrestling began its 2014-15 duals schedule Saturday with a 4-0 day at home in the Campbellsville University Duals, consisting entirely of NAIA East Region teams.

The eighth-ranked Tigers beat Truett-McConnell College, 48-3, to start the day, followed by a 32-13 win over No. 8 Indiana Tech before lunch. In the two afternoon duals, the Tigers beat St. Andrews, 36-6, and Calumet College of St. Joseph, 47-3.

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Shawn McGhee was named the Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Mount Union Invitational on Nov. 15.

McGhee, who received his award in the mail Nov. 20, leads the Campbellsville University Tigers this season in total wins (10), pins (5) and tech falls (4) after winning the 157-pound titles at both the Citadel Open and Mount Union Invite.

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Tiger Wrestling completed its first tournament of the season in style at the Mount Union Invitational, earning a runner-up finish after 10 individuals placed, including four finalists and two champions.

It was Campbellsville University's first team competition of the season after splitting its roster during the first two weeks to compete at the Citadel Open and University of the Cumberlands' Patriot Open.

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The 11th season of Tiger Wrestling is underway, with a starting NAIA national ranking of No. 6 with 68.5 points. Campbellsville University, which opens the year with nine wrestlers in their respective Top 16 individually, will look to break more records this season after leading all levels of collegiate wrestling in 2013-14 with 24 team dual wins.
