AT BETHANY UNIVERSITY (2007): Played his true freshman year at Bethany University in Santa Cruz, California for Coach Chris Lewis and current Campbellsville Assistant Jake McKinley ... While at Bethany, Frantz served as the Bruins starting third baseman and hit in their two hole.

IN HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Rogue River High School in Rogue River, Oregon for Coach John White ... Frantz had a stellar senior campaign, earning All-State honors and hitting seven homeruns.
