CAMPBELLSVILLE:  One of the most feared bats in the NAIA, Chris Curley enters his junior year with the Tigers  ... A tremendous defender with Major League tools, Curley will likely start at Third Base and hit in the Tiger's three or four hole ... Bats and throws from the right side.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008: Started all of the team's 47 games, 46 at third base and made one start on the mound ... Finished the year with a .379 batting average and cranked 12 homeruns ... also stole a team high 10 bases and was caught just once ... earned 1st team all conference honors and led the team with 56 hits.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Started all 56 games he appeared in as a true freshman ... Had a team high 202 at-bats and also led the team with a .386 batting average ... 14 doubles were good for second best total on the team and also added 4 triples, good for highest on the team ... His 7 homeruns tied for the team lead ... Added 55 RBIs, good for the team high ... Was a perfect 5 for 5 in stolen bases ... Was a 1st team All-Conference selection, and was a 1st team All-Region selection.

SUMMER BALL: Curley has represented Campbellsville in the prestigious Northwoods League as a member of the Thunder Bay Bordercats for two straight years ... Through his time in Thunder Bay, Curley has been a pivotal part of the Bordercat's success as he led the team in homeruns in the 2008 season.
 

IN HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Beachwood High School in Kentucky ... Had a stellar high school career, where he earned multiple honors, and he played for the Kentucky All-Star team ... As a senior, Curley was a member of the Beachwood team that finished #2 in the state.

GETTING TO KNOW CHRIS: A Business Management major, Christopher William Curley was born on August 25th, 1987, and he resides in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky ... He has two sisters, Jennifer and Kathryn ...
