Was honored with 3 awards, including All-Conference honors, Region XI Rawlings Gold Glove, and MSC Rawlings Gold Glove ... Finished the season with a .321 batting average, 13 doubles, 2 triples, and 7 homeruns ... Also added 47 RBIs, good for second most on the team ... Made just 2 errors in 82 chances, good for a .976 fielding percentage.

 

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006: In his first year with the Tigers, Macdonald made his pressence felt as he hit an even .400 in 52 games played (50 starts) ... Finished the season with 15 doubles, 11 homeruns, both team highs ... also led the team with 53 RBIs ... Earned three honors at the end of the season, including All-American Honorable Mention, 1st team All-Region, and 1st team All-Conference ... Was also a Dean's List Selection.

 

PRIOR TO CAMPBELLSVILLE: Macdonald played a season in Canada before coming to Campbellsville ... In 2004, he was a member of the 2004 Canadian College Champions ... Also graduated with honors from Charlottetown Rural High School.
