Andy Bricker is in his third season as the Assistant Wrestling Coach at Campbellsville University. Bricker came to Campbellsville after a short stint coaching at NCAA Division II Belmont Abbey in North Carolina. He also served as an assistant for one season at NCAA Division I Campbell University.
A native of Live Oak, Florida, Bricker graduated from Campell University in 2004 with a degree in Physical Education. During his four year career at Campbell, he compiled 86 wins to rank 8th on the Campbell all-time victory list. He was also a three-time CAA All-Conference selection, finishing second in the conference in the 125-pound weight division as a freshman, and was twice named the team MVP in 2001 and 2003.
Bricker competed during his high school career at Suwannee High School. He had a 122-3 record and was a two-time state champion. He holds the school record for career tournament titles with 17 and was named Most Outstanding Wrestler at the 1999 High School National Open.
