Randy LeBleu just completed his fourth season  with the Lady Tigers as Head Coach and also served as assistant to the Tiger baseball team for the past five years.
 
In his four years as Head Volleyball Coach, LeBleu has compiled a career record of 134 wins against 39 losses, a winning percentag of  77.4%.   Campbellsville was 28-12 in his first season, including a 2nd place finish in the MSC regular season, 2nd place in MSC Tournament and 3rd place in Region XI Tournament.
 
His second season he guided the Lady Tigers to their first MSC Regular Season Championship, finishing 35-7, 10-0 in conference. His Tigers were ranked #23 in the nation.
 
In his third year, he guided the Lady Tigers to their first trip to the NAIA National Tournament, finishing 36-9, ranked #14 in the nation. The Tigers won the MSC Regular Season Championship and the NAIA Region XI Championship.
 
This past season Campbellsville finished 35-11 and advanced into the semi-finals of the NCCAA National Tournament.
 
He has coached 7 All-Americans, including the NAIA Libero of the Year, four  MSC Players of the Year, one Region XI Player of the Year and one Region XI Libero of the Year. Fifteen of his players have received Academic All-Conference honors and the 2007 varsity team had an overall GPA of 3.39 and were honored with the Game Plan/AVCA Academic Award.

Coach LeBleu played high school and club volleyball back in Canada and served as a JUCO women's volleyball coach at UND-Lake Region andis a member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association.

Coach LeBleu resides in Campbellsville, but is originally from Winnipeg, Canada. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Mayville State University and a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from Campbellsville University

Amy Eckenfels has just completed her first year as an assistant coach for CU Lady Tiger Volleyball.
 
Eckenfels played for four years for the Lady Tigers and graduated from Campbellsville in 2007.  "Amy was one of the biggest reasons for the success of the Tigers volleyball program today," commented Coach Randy LeBleu.  "Everywhere we played, people always came up to us and said that our Libero is incredible and many called her the best they havd ever seen," said LeBleu.

In her four years, Amy earned numerous awards and broke many records:

3-time 1st Team All-Conference
2-time All-Region XI
2-time Mid-South Conference Libero of the Year
2-time Region XI Libero of the Year
2006 Mid-South Conference Player of the Year
2006 NAIA National Libero of the Year
2006 3rd Team All-American (only time in NAIA history a libero has made the top 3 All-American teams)
2007 Honorable Mention All-American

She is the NAIA All-Time Career Leader in:
