Campbellsville University shut out Centre College Wednesday in the first regular season men's tennis match of the season.
"Our guys are really excited to start the season. We've been in
the cold weather so long. We have a lot of competitors one through six that can
find a way to win even when they don't play their best," CU head coach Kyle Caven said.
Felip Pavlovic picked up the only 6-0, 6-0 win of the day, beating Centre's Brenton Deal at No. 4 singles. He also teamed up with Angel Marquez to win at No. 3 doubles, 8-3.
Campbellsville (1-0) is scheduled to host Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday at 2 p.m.
