Lights are now up at Finley Stadium
The football, soccer and baseball project at CU that will eventually bring night games to a university near you, is progressing nicely.
All the poles' support bases have been set and nearly all of the lights have been erected as the New Year dawned.
Workers from the turf company were shooting elevations just before Jan. 1 and that work will progress as weather permits.
A $1.2 million athletic fund-raising campaign was begun on September 25th and there are many opportunities for individuals and businesses to become involved with the project, according to Director of Athletics Rusty Hollingsworth.
