Owensboro, Kentucky -  Charity "Joy" Carter has became the second signee for Campbellsville University women's golf coach Lindsay Hines 2008 recruiting class.   She is a senior at Owensboro (KY) Apollo High School and was the winner of the 2007 Owensboro City-County Golf Tournament and a member of the 2007 Regional Championship Apollo team that played in last year's state tournament.Carter is also a member of Who's Who Among American High School students.   "Joy is a solid golfer and brings with her the experience of playing in at least one Kentucky State High School tournament," said Hines.  "I look forward to seeing good things from her as a part of our Tiger Women's Golf team," she concluded.
