Campbellsville University's Lady Tiger Golf Team has signed Leslie A. Hastings, a 2009 graduate of Westfall High School in Ohio, where she was valedictorian of her graduating class.

She was captain of the varsity golf team and co-captain in 2008 and captain in 2009 of the varsity softball team.

Hastings has been a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Farmers of America, Math Club and National Honor Society. She also served as a tutor for high school students.

Her other accomplishments and awards include: 2006 Pickaway County Beef Queen; National Honor Society President from 2007-2009; 2008 Better Business Bureau Student of Integrity Award; 2008 National Council on Youth Leadership Salute Award; 2008 All-Ohio Scholar Athlete; 2007-2008 All-Southeast District Scholar Athlete; All-Southeast District Honorable Mention for softball for 2007-2008; All-League Scioto Valley Conference Honorable Mention for softball in 2007; All-League Scioto Valley Conference second team-softball in 2008; and All-League Scioto Valley Conference second team-softball in 2009.

Hastings has also been involved in: Pickaway County Junior Fairboard; Ohio Cattleman's Association-volunteer; 4-H; Ohio Shorthorn Association; Math/Science Expo volunteer; "Getting Ahead" Program; "Kids on Campus" Math Camp; Pickaway County Youth Advisory Council (YAC); American Red Cross- volunteer; Headstart Pre-school Mentoring; and Pickaway County Higher Education Volunteer.
