New Albany, Indiana - Melly Heaton (FR/Princeton, KY) completed a three point play to give Campbellsville a three point lead with under :30 seconds remaining as the Lady Tigers held on to win 80-76 at Indiana University Southeast today.

Campbellsville built a 17 point lead in the second half, but the Lady Grenadiers chipped away and cut it to one point, 77-76 when Heaton hit a layup, was fouled and made the subsequent free-throw to seal the win.

The Lady Tigers forced 30 turnovers by IU Southeast and four players tallied in double-digits for Campbellsville.  Priscila Alves (SR/Sao Paulo, Brazil) led the way with 17 points, all in the second half.  Courtney Danis (FR/Mt. Sterling, KY) tallied 14 points while Heaton had 13 and Kristi Ensminger scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as Campbellsville improved to 12-7.

Campbellsville travels to Georgetown next Saturday for the MSC opener at 2:00 p.m.
