Campbellsville, KY - Nestor Colmenares (JR/Caracas, Venezuela) has been named as a second team All-American by the NAIA.   The 6'7 forward also was tabbed as a second team All-American by the Victory Sports Network.

Colmenares averaged 16 points and nearly 10 rebounds a game for the Tigers.  He was instrumental in Campbellsville's 26-10 season and first-ever appearance in the NAIA Men's Basketball Championship Fab Four.

This marks the second year in a row that the Tigers have placed a player as a second team All-American.  Zach Allender (SR/Bardstown, KY) was selected last season and was a pre-season first team All-American for 2007-08 before taking a medical redshirt.   Campbellsville will have both Allender and Colmenares back for their senior seasons in 2008-09.
